Miss Africa USA gear up to crown 2023 queen in Maryland on March 18

All is now set for the coronation of the new winner of the 2023/2024 season of Miss Africa USA queen.

The beauty pageant coronation event which is slated for Saturday 18th March 2023, at Crown Plaza Hotel at Greenbelt in Maryland, would feature diverse African women and showcase their talents, as well as their contributions to society.

This is contained in a release on behalf of the organizers; Afro USA Productions LLC, Kate Jerome said the annual event is aimed at celebrating the beauty, intelligence, and heritage of young women of African Heritage.

Furthermore, the statement clearly stated that Miss Africa USA delegates will speak for millions of women, children, and communities who have no voice.

“These young women are seizing the opportunity that America presents to advocate for the less fortunate.

“The pageant enables African girls in America to shine the spotlight on Africa, tell their stories to the World, and inspire one another. The delegates are very intelligent young women from some of the most highly respected educational institutions in North America and study in some of the most amazing careers,” she added.

According to the MD, Miss Africa USA Pageant, the event is an annual occasion that celebrates beauty, intelligence, and cultural heritage, aims at empowering young women to become leaders in their communities and promoting global humanitarian outreach in the diaspora, which transcended from small state pageant, that was launched in Atlanta Georgia in 2015 to one of the most highly anticipated annual community events in the United State of America.

The release adds that tickets for the coronation ceremony and other information are available for purchase on the Miss Africa USA Pageant website.
